ChanServ in ZeusiRCd v4.0.x

The bot ChanServ is in charge of the maintenance, registration and deletion of channels of the network.
Your commands are accessed through /chanserv o /cs.
Help of ChanServ:

/cs register #channel

This command allows you to register a channel under your NickServ account and manage it later with ChanServ.
To register a channel you must have the nickname registered and put.
Once registered the channel allows you to access the rest of the commands described in this manual.

/cs drop #channel

This command allows you to delete a channel from our database.
It can only be executed by the founder of the channel and once done it can not be reversed.

/cs VOP|HOP|AOP|SOP #channel <add|del|list> [nickname]

This command allows you to manage your channel's access lists.
VOP = voice (+) or (+v). This access allows you to have a voice when you enter the channel.
HOP = halfop (%) or (+h). This command allows you to have halfop when you enter the channel.
AOP = autoop (@) or (+o). This command allows you to have op when you enter the channel.
SOP = superop (@) or (+o). This command, in addition to op, allows you to manage the channel access lists.
You can add or delete ( The nickname you add or delete is necessary and must be registered )
or list the accesses ( needless [nickname] ).

/cs topic #channel <topic>

This command allows you to change the topic of a channel whenever your access is equal or superior to AOP.

/cs akick #channel <add|del|list> [mask] [reason]

This command allows you to manage the list of akicks of a channel.
You can show them, add them or remove them. If the akick already exists, it will not be added.
The mask works in a standard way, '*' is a wild character and '?' It's 1 single character.
When adding the akick the mask and the reason is mandatory.

/cs <op|deop|halfop|dehalfop|voice|devoice> #channel <nickname>

OP = +o (put @)
DEOP = -o (remove @)
HALFOP = +h (put %)
DEHALFOP = -h (remove %)
VOICE = +v (put +)
DEVOICE = -v (remove +)
This command controls how to manage NO accesses, but channel modes.

/cs key #channel <password|off>

Set the channel key so that you have to enter it in the command /join.
The key can be changed as many times as you want and does not imply a channel exit/entry.

/cs mode #channel [+|-]mode

Configure the channel modes in the database.
The available modes are:
- flood: It's a way to protect yourself from the flood. It is the only mode that takes parameter:
how many actions every 30 seconds.
- onlyreg: Only allows entry to registered nicknames.
- autovoice: Give voice to all users.
- moderated: No one can speak on the channel except users with @%+.
- onlysecure: Only allows entry to nicks that connect by SSL.
- nonickchange: Does not allow changes of nickname.
- onlyweb: Only allows entry to nicks that connect by WebChat.

/cs transfer #channel nickname

This command allows you to transfer a channel to another nickname, for whatever reason.
You can not cancel.
